graduated from Mid-HertsCollege in England majored in Business with additional A-levels on Art including;
-serigraphic lino press
-sketch model drawing
-creational fabric and traditional lace & macreme and knots
BANU attended Nurullah Berk Sketch Drawing Workshops in Istanbul,started glass bead-making in 2002 at Beykoz Glass Furnace / Istanbul and took classes held by very famous artists as Ulli Egger, Micheala Moller, Julie Ann Denton, Andrea Guarino Slemmons , Davide Penso, Diana East, Christina Logan and Claudia Trimbur-Pagel on several occassions.
Now, designing mixmedia jewellery, mainly as an expert on hollow bead making in large size, combining with various materials mostly fabric and silver.
Unique creations in very few quantities, Bandora is one of her designs, seamless silver tube rivetted manually by hand into the vertically designed large size of hollow beads.
Single Pendants and Fantasy Neclaces are the most popular among her other works. Beadable accesories for tableware and officeware are mostly distinguished.
Also teaching her style of bead making, expecially the special techniques of hollow beads, during sessions in her studio and at Beykoz Glass Furnace in Istanbul. she held place at many exhibitions in Bizim Tepe, Robert College organized by Inner-Wheel and Lions and participation Bead Conference in Istanbul held by Kadir Has University.
